The House of Boncourt
The House of Boncourt is an exceptional residence strategically located in between Switzerland and France. This five-storey residence was built in 1930 and in 2000, it was renovated as conference centre and hotel. Tradition meets contemporary as the house is blanketed in slate roofing and decorated with brick siding and lattice windows.
Upon entering the house, guests are welcomed into a bright lobby with a lofty ceiling, a large fireplace, and a conference room. The ground floor can accommodate up to 300 people. Guests will enjoy the warmth of natural light streaming through the windows of the lower floor. It has a living room with a fireplace, a cloakroom, and a dining room with double doors leading to a terrace overlooking the park.
Going up the first floor, guests will find four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and furnished office. The second floor has seven rooms with bathrooms. A spacious library and study room can be found in the attic.
The Domaine and its Structures
The Domaine de Boncourt comprises a mansion and four other structures. The Porterie is a 271-square meter, three-level structure with a living room, kitchen and bathroom.
The Orangerie is a 49-square meter open area with a 41-square meter cellar. The kitchen in the adjacent 10-square meter Rotonde has made it possible to organize dinners while enjoying breath-taking views of nature.
The Cedraei is a 328-square meter three-storey apartment with 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. It also has a wine cellar and a large garage area.
The Bergerie is a 278-square meter service and storage area. This two-storey structure was built in 2000.

The Domaine of Boncourt is ensconced in a wooded environment and slightly hilly municipality of Boncourt in the Swiss Jura. It is situated near the French border, 4 kms. away from the highway exit, and less than a kilometre away from the railway station.
The Domaine of Boncourt is close to Basel, about 45 minutes from the EuroAirport, from Belfort station, and 20 minutes away from the TGV and Delemont (40 minutes by car or train). Thanks to the TGV line connecting Paris to Basel and Zurich via Belfort, Boncourt is located about two hours and a half from Paris and less than two hours from Zurich.
